Due to food safety and the perishable nature of our chocolate products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, melted, incorrect, or if you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@celiachocolatier.com with your order number and photos of the product.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
